Training Workshops
Virtual Backgrounds presents its highly successful workshops devoted entirely to the use of Virtual Backgrounds projection systems. The workshops have drawn photographers from across North America and many countries abroad. The workshop enables participants to begin to see the magnitude and depth of implementing background projection into the studio. Composed of lectures, demonstrations and lots of hands-on time, the three day program is combined with helpful information on creating your own backgrounds as well as developing the use of Virtual Backgrounds as a strong marketing and sales tool for your studio. “My workshop experience actually goes back a little further than April 2012 but here it goes. Two or three years ago at WPPI, I stumbled into the VB booth and was incredibly impressed with what they were doing. Unfortunately, the day of the Vendor displays was my last day at the conference and I did not have the time to spend in the booth. Nevertheless, I was still impressed with what I saw but then kind of wrote it off as a gadget thing done with some sort of smoke and mirrors. Since then I have been researching backgrounds and their cost and feasibility and my mind always kept going back to VB and wondering what if. More research on the web showed me that there were no real good places close to go see it in action and I really wanted to see it first hand again before I even thought about that kind of investment.
